analysis of constantine
The opening of Constantine starts with a view of Los Angeles which comes from the window' zooming into the kitchen where a female character is making tea. The way the camera zooms out from the window is very effective as it gives a sense of the film is going to start and something interesting is going to happen. The opening also shows that the sequence is set in the morning. The audience can tell this by the characters clothing.
Furthermore, the main character introduction is very effective as he comes out from the taxi. The shot is very interesting as a cigarette is bin thrown out by the character in a unique way. As the character starts walking the shot has been taking as a crane shot, given the view of the flat and the location area.
